Long before becoming an executive coach, Charlotte Nenninger was consistently the leader co-workers relied on for help resolving conflicts and for advice on working together efficiently. As the COO or CFO at national companies experiencing growth or change, she has built a reputation for increasing trust, open communications and collaboration in the workplace.
Charlotte draws on more than 20 years of executive experience and formal training as a certified coach. She excels at helping people understand the perspectives of others and learn to work together to meet strategic business goals. Today, clients rely on Charlotte for her practical, solutions-focused counsel to help them become better leaders, build organizational trust, deal with conflict, confront business challenges, improve internal communication and align employees around a strategic plan.
Before becoming an executive coach, Charlotte was chief operating officer at Vandover, a national relocation company. She led the company during a period of growth, ensuring the company had the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place. Prior to Vandover, Charlotte was general manager/chief operating officer at Mary Engelbreit Companies, a national art licensing company. Charlotte is a proven leader in operations, human resources and finance, process improvement, change management and strategic planning.
Charlotte has been certified in coaching through the College of Executive Coaching and the John C. Maxwell Certification Program. She’s a certified public accountant, and she holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Missouri, St. Louis.
Charlotte lives in Chesterfield, Missouri, a St. Louis suburb. She’s married to her high school sweetheart and has twin teenagers. She’s active in her church, and she enjoys cheering on her kids during their sporting events, reading, and spending quality time with her friends and family. Charlotte also serves on the board for Neighborhood Houses.
