TEAMSelf-assessments, peer assessments and team assessments all help leaders and teams determine their workplace styles, strengths and vulnerabilities.

The assessments, facilitated by Lead the Way, are research-based and provide valid and reliable results. All assessments are coupled with a follow-up session, allowing participants the opportunity to explore their results more deeply.

The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team Assessment: This assessment, powered by Everything DiSC, helps teams understand how they handle conflict, make decisions, hold each other accountable and drive business results. Participants will learn where their team’s strengths and weaknesses lie so they can work together to create a more cohesive and effective team.

Everything DiSC: Lead the Way offers a variety of Everything DiSC assessments, including the Everything DiSC Workplace Assessment, Everything DiSC Management Assessment and Everything DiSC Work of Leaders Assessment. DiSC assessments help people identify their individual work styles. Assessments also help team members learn to work more cohesively.

Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument: This assessment helps participants learn how they handle conflict. Do you compete, collaborate, compromise, avoid or accommodate? Once your conflict management style is identified, Lead the Way will help you determine how your style affects team effectiveness.

Emotional Intelligence 2.0 Assessment: Participants will learn their strengths and areas for improvement in the following areas of emotional intelligence:

  • self-awareness
  • self-management
  • social awareness
  • relationship management

Lominger VOICES® 360 Feedback: A 360-degree assessment is an evaluation based on feedback from an individual’s direct reports, colleagues, supervisors, and even customers or other stakeholders. The Lominger VOICES 360 assessment analyzes your competencies as they relate to your particular role within an organization, how well you perform (or your performance dimensions), and if you’re facing any career stallers or stoppers. VOICES 360 Feedback also has international focus areas, assessing attributes like cross-cultural sensitivity, assignment hardiness and global business knowledge.
